You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.
If you’re unsuccessful in resetting your password, your account may be locked due to several failed attempts. If this is the case, you will receive an email from us. If you haven’t already, please check your inbox, including junk/spam folders.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. You can view any new orders or past orders by logging into H&M and going to ‘My Account.’ Store purchases will only reflect here if you logged into the app and had your Member barcode scanned when checking out. If you're having trouble viewing your orders, try logging out and logging back in. Please note that our system will only save orders up to 12 months. If you have checked out as a guest and haven't received a confirmation email, or you entered the wrong email address, please contact customer service.
No, for size issue, we will not return or change.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
